Ela’s memories of living in Sandbanks in Poole, which have inspired many of her seascape and sand dune paintings are perhaps her most powerful artworks. This piece is of the iconic and famous Old Harry’s Rocks which are the ‘needles’ at the end of the cliff range and are all that remain of this ancient coastline in Poole, Dorset. Set in the sunset with an ebbing tide reflected upon the water this large oil painting is truly inspiring, painted in oils on a fine linen canvas, with a palette of blues, purples and pinks which reflects the colours of sunset. Ela ships securely in a strong tube and has the reduced the cost of the artwork by £50 to allow your framer to re-stretch, (usually a low cost) deep or shallow sided, ready for framing if you wish. (Deep sided stretchers do not need to be framed and can be hung, once stretched, in the contemporary manner). Size -30 by 40 inches / 76 cm by 100 cm. The painting is accompanied with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authorization from the artist.
